The following terms and conditions shall govern the sale by www.qiotti.com ( the website ) and the buyer. By placing orders with qiotti.com, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. If you find any subject in the terms and conditions not acceptable, please contact QIOTTI before placing your order.
This website contains information, images, photographs, logos, advertising, and other contents which are exclusive property of QIOTTI or granted under license by their respective right owners. All trademarks, copyright, industrial design rights, patents, registered or not, arising out from the works of QIOTTI displayed on the website are exclusive property of QIOTTI. The abovementioned signs and materials are protected against unauthorized use by intellectual property laws and you cannot reproduce, totally or partially, publish, transmit, modify totally or partially or sell any of the material contained in this website. No right or other claims may be deemed assigned to you as a result of downloading and / or copying the abovementioned materials.
This website is intended for advertising and promotional purposes and you can use it only for private, personal and not any commercial use. Links to other websites are not under control of QIOTTI. These terms and conditions are to be intended only for the website qiotti.com. QIOTTI S.A. and its employees and directors and others belongs to QIOTTI S.A. shall not deemed responsible for the contents or the non security of said third websites or for viruses or other negative consequences arising out from the visit of those third websites.
qiotti.com makes no warranties of the absence of malicious programs ( like viruses, malware, bugs, trojan, etc. ). We definitely encourage you to install one or more antivirus programs to protect your computer. QIOTTI S.A. and its employees and directors and others belongs to QIOTTI S.A. shall not be responsible or liable for any damages caused by or related to your use of this website. This website may contain comments, images with ironical, humorous or alluring contents but in no case intended to offend anyone’s sensitivity. Prices and Vat
All prices are retail prices and are stated in euro. Prices are displayed inclusive of 21% vat ( Spain ). For our non-eu customers reduce 21% vat. Prices do not include: taxes, duties, import fees charged by your local government, service, payment or delivery charges depending on your country. If you are a non-eu customer/resident, QIOTTI does not charge vat tax or any other taxes on your purchase. If you are a resident of any eu country, we do charge 21% vat tax ( Spain ) on our products. As customs policies vary by country, we cannot anticipate what these charges will be and therefore QIOTTI will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees or custom fees levied once the purchased QIOTTI products reaches your country. For taxes, duties, import fees charged please contact your local government.
All purchased goods are shipped with ups or dhl ( for orders outside spain ) and spain correos ( for domestic deliveries in spain ). When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail in order for you to track your order on ups, dhl or correos. All delivery times are estimated depending on the carrier.
Shipping Time and Charges
Timely delivery is based on the condition that the courier ( Ups, Dhl and Correos ) keeps day-to-day delivery schedules. QIOTTI will not be held responsible for delays with the couriers. All delivery estimates are based upon working/business days. A more expedited delivery service is offered, however a higher rate will also be applied. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the purchased goods reach the country of destination. For taxes, duties, import fees charged please contact your local custom office.
QIOTTI maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you at email@example.com. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. All packages are sent via Ups / Dhl from our warehouse in spain. Your order will be sent within 1 working days after it has been placed.
We ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount. Find your delivery zone below and see the freight charges – as well as your freight free limit.

STANDARD EU DELIVERY IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS EXCEEDING 50,00 EURO
If nobody is at the address when ups makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and ups leaves with the package. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the ups note in your mailbox, contact them to arrange another delivery address, time or tell them the package can be left in your back yard etc.
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as delivery address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO Box.
All products on qiotti.com website are currently in stock unless the product is marked ‘out of stock’ or ‘sold out’. If you are interested in ordering an ‘out of stock’ item, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do our best to inform you where our products are available for purchase other than qiotti.com. We reserve the right to cancel a delivery and/or order in the event that the stock quantity and/or price was incorrect at the moment of placing the order. If we are unable to deliver in accordance with the terms and conditions of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order from qiotti.com.
Material and Color
The colours of products seen on qiotti.com will depend on the monitor/display from which it is viewed and can vary depending on the monitor/display. Therefore the colour seen on the monitor/display can vary from the accurate colour of the product. Please note that we have tried as accurately as possible to display the colours of the textile, lining, leather etc. As well as the tactility of all materials used. Please note that all QIOTTI goods are made of natural leather and textiles of the highest quality. We would like to point out that vegetable tanned leather is a natural product and therefore can vary in colour and structure from product to product and from collection to collection. These minor variations in products should be viewed as a unique characteristic and not as a fault. Please be aware that natural textiles used in dark colours may be subject to transference of colour through rubbing, and the use of these products should be used with caution when in contact with light colours. Most of the textiles have been given a water repellent surface, but are not water resistant. Note that all leathers are sensitive to sun, rain and other wet spots.
Return Procedure and Conditions
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service. If you send us a mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original unbroken packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original freight.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
QIOTTI provides a one year right to complaint according to the sale of goods act covering defect manufacture and materials registered during normal use of the item. The right to complaint does not cover damages, defects or wear and tear, resulting directly or indirectly from wrongful use, bad maintenance, unauthorized operations or violence. Complaints regarding defects or faults discovered during normal examination of the item must be communicated to qiotti.com within a 14 day period. Subsequently, items may be returned for one of the following: repair, exchange, or if agreed upon, reimbursement.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL RETURNS MUST BE CLEAN, UNUSED AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Ship the item together with the completed return form included in all purchases and the original invoice. We recommend shipping the goods with a courier service that is easily tracked as the sender incurs the return shipping expenses. Returned products are sender’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
After receiving the package we will process returns shortly and notify you of further procedure via email. All returned products are controlled by qiotti. Once your returned item has successfully been approved and received by qiotti, the purchase price will be refunded to your account (taxes, customs, duties etc, which have been added after the purchase was made at qiotti.com will not be refunded nor will the shipping costs). Please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
We will examine your claim, and determine if it is due to: natural wear and tear, improper use, third-party interference, natural disasters, or damage unrelated to production or quality, in which case we will not replace or fix. If applicable, we will offer to fix the claim or replace it with a new product if it is in stock. Fixing the product will always be the first option reviewed and we will inform you of our decision. Please note that packages can take up to 21 days to be delivered. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
IF YOUR RETURN DOES NOT MEET THE CONDITIONS LISTED, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUE THE REFUND AND THE PACKAGE WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
YOU MUST PAY FOR THE FREIGHT TO RETURN THE GOODS AND THIS MUST ALSO BE ARRANGED BY YOURSELF. THE GOODS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNTIL THEY REACH OUR WAREHOUSE. PLEASE ENSURE YOU PACK THE RETURN SAFELY TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCTS OR BOXES.
YOUR CLAIM SHOULD BE SEND TO US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.IF YOUR CLAIM IS JUSTIFIED WE WILL REFUND YOUR REASONABLE FREIGHT EXPENSES.

Return a Product
Please note that when you return a product it is very important to state the order number as well as your name and address. Without these details we will not be able to process your refund. Furthermore, a detailed description of the problem is necessary – if you have a claim. Remember to provide us with a receipt for your freight charges if we have to reimburse them.
